This photograph doesn’t do any justice to how sticky these Marmalade Onion Sausages really are!! Good with mash and veg or in a sizzling canine roll….if sausages are in your purchasing record each week and also you fancy a little bit of a change, right here’s the recipe…
1. Warmth the oven to 190C
2. Separate 16 Cumberland sausages and place them in a roasting tin.
3. Finely slice a big onion into slithers and add to the tin.
4. Put Three heaped tablespoons of marmalade, 1 tbls of oil and a teaspoon of dried Thyme (non-obligatory) right into a mug. Combine nicely, earlier than microwaving till the combination is heat and runny.
