That is my tremendous easy Lentil Bake, served with herby new potatoes. The entire household adore it. It is so good seeing empty plates after a wholesome dinner…..particularly after all the treats this weekend!!………500g bag of Aldi frozen brown lentils and tahini (this additionally has purple onion and tomato in it)
100g Cheddar cheese + somewhat to sprinkle excessive

1 grated carrot
Drizzle of olive oil
Salt and pepper
