Warmth the oven to 180C
Peel and core three apples and minimize them into wedges. Place them in an oven proof dish roughly 24cm x 20cm
Add 2 x 400g tins of peaches with the juice (not syrup) into the dish and blend with the sliced apple.
In a bowl cream 125g of butter with 100g brown sugar. Stir in a overwhelmed egg.
Add 150g if self elevating flour and a tsp of cinnamon. Stir till you’ve gotten a sticky dough.
Spoon small dollops of dough over the fruit till it’s lined.
Bake within the oven for 30 minutes.
