I’ve simply made us Sweetcorn Soup for lunch….excellent day for it!! The recipe is one from the cookbook and I topped it with some Cajun Roasted Pumpkin Seeds….so good, I reckon they’d work rather well with any soup. Warmth the oven to 180C. Seize a few handfuls of pumpkin seeds and rinse the entire pumpkin gunk off them… while they’re nonetheless damp ( this may cease them Cooking too shortly) unfold them out on a baking tray.
