It’s too scorching to to cook dinner!! This was final nights dinner, however would make an amazing lunch….Breaded spicy rooster, home made flats breads, and griddled veg and halloumi…excellent backyard dinner! To make the flat breads, simply combine 350g of self elevating flour with a tsp of salt and loads of floor black pepper and a tsp of baking powder. Stir in 350g of pure yoghurt and knead till you’ve gotten a dough. Divide the ball into eight and roughly roll them out into ovals. Fry in a dry griddle for three minutes or so both sides.
