I am not going to faux that is the prettiest meals photograph I’ve ever placed on right here, nevertheless it was so tasty and ridiculously easy I needed to share it!! The potatoes are crushed charlottes. I boiled them till tender, added a superb dollop of butter and a handful of chopped contemporary herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Use a wood spoon to bash them up as you stir! The butter and herbs will soften into all the nooks and crannies and make it rather more joyful to eat than for those who’d simply left them in halves!!! Now the hen……I blended round three dessert spoons of Greek yoghurt with three heaped teaspoons of curry paste (any flavour you want) Lower the hen into extra manageable items and place in a bowl. Pour the marinade over the hen and use your palms to make sure that each bit is coated. Cowl the bowl in cling movie and place within the fridge in a single day. Cook dinner the hen on the barbecue or in a griddle pan and serve with the potatoes and a few inexperienced beans!!
